Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from longlifeswimwear.com. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account on longlifeswimwear.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Ship the return using the provided label.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags.
- Final sale items (marked as non-returnable) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
